Am I maybe a little too excited for Fall to get here?? Beside it being my favorite season in terms of weather, styling Fall outfits is definitely my favorite. You can easily dress up or down by simply adding or removing layers. For an easy transition into Fall, one of my favorite pieces are faux leather shorts – and I’ve found the perfect pair on Amazon! These shorts are such a versatile staple piece and very flattering.
Here are 3 ways to style faux leather shorts:
THE BASIC (but not really)
Running errands or needing a quick casual outfit? Pair the faux leather shorts with a basic tee and your favorite sneakers – ta dah! This is the perfect “I didn’t try” outfit but you’ll still look fab.
THE “GIRLS NIGHT”
As a step up from “The Basic”, add an oversized button up to tuck in and bring out the booties. This outfit is perfect for going out with friends or if you just feel like adding that extra “umph” to your look.
THE “DATE NIGHT”
Go all out by pairing the faux leather shorts with a tank and a plaid blazer. I absolutely love the trendy black and brown plaid blazers, which continue to be a staple for Fall wardrobes. Add some heels and you’re ready to take on date night!
